Shipping policy

Australia Post is our carrier.

We use Australia Post for both domestic and international shipping.

We offer Australia Post shipping rates on all purchases sent to addresses within Australia. 

Australian addresses:

 The Craftshops Mall will ship your package within one business day of receiving payment for your order. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number when your package has been shipped. Delivery is expected to take approximately 7 business days within Australia but may take a little longer if the delivery address is in a remote location.

International addresses:
